As the founder of Trik Con Construction, Chad specialises in architectural concrete features including stairs, retaining walls, outdoor entertaining areas, custom concrete furniture, pools, and premium residential projects. Every project is built with one philosophy: quality over shortcuts.

As Trik Con grew, Chad recognised a common problem many skilled tradies knew how to build, but not how to quote, price, or grow a profitable business. After years of mentoring apprentices and answering the same questions on site, he realised there was a better way to share his knowledge.

That's why he created MasterForm Concrete Academy.

Built by a tradie, for tradies, MasterForm combines real-world construction experience with practical business systems. Chad shares the methods, pricing strategies, quoting processes, construction techniques, and lessons he's developed over two decades in the industry, helping formworkers and concrete contractors build better projects and stronger businesses.
